"I, like many of you lovely beautiful bitches have struggled with self love, confidence, not loving my body in every stage. I've been skinny, gained too much weight, found and loved the gym, pandemic depression and weight gain all over again.

I was so nervous and excited walking into this but Allie and Ashley truly made me feel like we were long lost friends catching up, and I so hope I get the pleasure to work with this dream team again!! It was an absolute honor and a blast!
