"I am still trying to find the words to process my experience in the babe cave today.
I have tread a very fine line through the years of trying to be a healthier weight vs. loving my body for exactly what it is.

Saggy tits, dimpled thighs, rolls all over and loose skin from weight fluctuations are all the main reasons that I could have decided against having these pictures made.
But >>> y’all….If I’ve learned anything in my time here on earth it’s that the only thing that really exists is this moment. That’s it.

The amount of material in my jeans, the cup size I can reasonably fill, the delicate skin on my face that isn’t as taught as I’d like it to be…. NONE of these things fucking matter.

The woman in these pictures has hidden behind this body most of her life and she’s done. Whether it was religious beliefs, fear of what others think, trauma after sexual assault or just plain comparing myself to the unrealistic beauty standards I was raised around, I’ve kept myself small at the sake of my own precious heart and happiness.

Allie you should start wearing the damn wings while you work cause you’re truly an angel. As Ashley said while she was working her glamagic, so glad you both are able to give me back a piece of myself today."
